They are looking for someone who can combine strong financial control, commercial insight and finance transformation expertise to make a real impact across the organisation.

Description

What makes this role stand out:

Lead the transformation of finance processes through automation, ERP optimisation and AI tools

Deliver a faster, more accurate month-end close and reduce manual processes

Build and improve management reporting, KPI dashboards and rolling forecasts to strengthen decision-making

Take ownership of bank reporting, shareholder reporting, treasury, cashflow forecasting and working capital management

Lead, develop and elevate the finance team, creating a high-performance, delivery-focused culture

Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification

A proven track record of improving finance through systems, automation and process excellence

Experience accelerating month-end close and improving reporting quality

A background as a Financial Controller or number two in finance within a multi-site business

Strong expertise across cashflow, treasury, reporting, compliance and controls

The leadership style to raise standards, develop people and thrive in a fast-paced scaling environment
