Administrator / Coordinator

My client is looking for an administrator to join their business on a permanent basis. They are a friendly business and believe in treating their staff with respect and common sense and want their staff to enjoy coming into work everyday.

Job role includes but not limited to:

  • Communicating with subcontractors, new and ongoing
  • Finding best prices for materials and placing orders for site (Procurement)
  • Document management, filing and logging enquiries, quotes and requests
  • Fielding enquiries from clients, email and telephone
  • Ordering and tracking plant hire for ongoing projects
  • Compiling site paperwork prior to start dates - H&S and management documents
  • Speaking to all management on a daily basis to facilitate all the above
