The role:

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in lessons

  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions

  • Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments

  • Support students who require additional academic or pastoral guidance

  • Help students build confidence, resilience and independence

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community

The candidate:

  • Holds a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education Studies, Maths, English, Science or a related subject

  • Has a genuine passion for education and supporting young people

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills

  • Is considering a future career in education or a related field

  • Has the right to work in the UK
