The role:
Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in lessons
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments
Support students who require additional academic or pastoral guidance
Help students build confidence, resilience and independence
Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The candidate:
Holds a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education Studies, Maths, English, Science or a related subject
Has a genuine passion for education and supporting young people
Demonstrates strong communication skills
Is considering a future career in education or a related field
Has the right to work in the UK
