Why apply?

  • Earn £26,761 while you train

  • Gain your PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in just 12 months

  • 4 days in school - gaining hands-on experience

  • 1 day per week - PGCE study and professional development

  • Term 1: Observe experienced teachers and support lessons to learn the fundamentals

  • Term 2: Begin planning and delivering your own lessons

  • Term 3: Take on more responsibility and refine your teaching style

You'll be supported throughout the process with a dedicated mentor, ongoing feedback and a structured training programme.
