About the Role:
This is a paid, school-based Initial Teacher Training (ITT) position, allowing you to gain real classroom experience while earning a salary.
You will:
Train to teach Mathematics or Science across KS3-KS5
Work alongside experienced teachers within a high-performing department
Gradually take on teaching responsibilities as your confidence develops
Learn essential skills in lesson planning, behaviour management, and assessment
