Job Description

12-Month Maternity Cover Fully Onsite

I'm looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to support a key customer account and assist with wider customer service and admin duties. This is a fully onsite role and a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage job rating, rate checks, invoicing, and credits
  • Resolve queries, review RCNs, and check charges
  • Maintain rate screens and oversee the shared mailbox
  • Support customer service admin (emails, bookings, call overs, data input)
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams, and IT support
  • Assist with general admin and provide holiday cover

About You

  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Reliable, organised, and willing to learn new systems
  • Full driving licence required (office location requires own transport)
