Purchase Ledger Clerk/Finance Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a detail-focused Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate accounts, with a strong focus on supplier statement reconciliations across multiple accounts.
Fully office based
£14-15ph
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring all supplier accounts are fully reconciled on a regular basis, identifying and addressing any variances
- Handling invoice queries, chasing missing documentation, and resolving payment-related issues
- Keeping the purchase ledger accurate and well-maintained at all times
- Working closely with both external suppliers and internal departments to quickly resolve discrepancies
- Assisting with month end tasks to make sure financial records are complete and up to date
About you:
- Experience within a Purchase Ledger / Accounts role
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
