Sales & Administrative duties Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and pipeline activity Assist with processing sales enquiries, quotations, and customer communications Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up actions for the sales team Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities Assist with order processing and internal coordination where required Skills & Experience Strong interest in sales administration and commercial business operations Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations Fully onsite Full driving licence and own transport required due to location
