Our client is looking for a Contracts and Data Officer to support waste disposal and HWRC contracts within a busy local authority service in Barnsley on a temporary contract
The Role:
An understanding of contract management within a regulated environment (waste/local authority) experience is desirable
Requirements:
Level 3 (e.g. ILM level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent vocational/technical qualification) Basic DBS required Experience of policy and procedure formulation and implementation Experience in research and development activity including data analysis and performance reporting Experience in performance management, setting targets, plans and monitoring performance Experience in the key principles of contract management, contract law and procurement Significant experience of financial control mechanisms Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, being self-motivated and able to use own initiative under minimal supervision. Ability to organise and prioritise conflicting workloadsThe role is office based working Monday to Friday
