Warehouse and Forklift Operative

Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with overtime available)Location: Chandlers Ford, HampshireSalary: Negotiable dependant on experience. This is a temporary to remain permanent position.We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join our busy, growing client in Chandlers Ford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a valid Counterbalance Fork lift licence who enjoys practical work and being part of a busy warehouse operation.Key Responsibilities:

• Testing a range of technical equipment- both mechanical and electrical
• Assist engineers with testing, preparation, loading, and unloading equipment
• Load an unload goods in and out - using a forklift
• Pick job orders accurately and efficiently
• Recording equipment data and report any faults or issues
• Support and reporting stock checking and audits
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Clean large equipment using pressure washing equipment
• Follow company procedures and health & safety standards at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Recent background in a similar role (essential)
• Knowledge in a mechanical or electrical background (desired)
• Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential)
• Basic IT skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required
