Accounts Payable Assistant

Part time - 30 hours a week, flexible

£30-33k pro rata (depending on experience)

St Albans

Our St Albans based, family-owned business is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join them on a part-time basis. Hours of work can be flexible to suit your situation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Dealing with suppliers on price queries, missing pod tickets
  • Checking supplier statements
  • Monthly costing schedules
  • Issuing PO's
  • Checking statements
  • Compiling running cost spreadsheets
  • Dealing with any admin and queries
  • Geneal office duties
