The Role
- Cataloguing and verifying items arriving at the premises
- Handling customer enquiries via email, telephone, and face-to-face
- Preparing customer orders for collection
- Assessing the condition of items and determining their suitability for sale or distribution
- Coordinating inbound shipments and uploading product images to the website
