The Role As Events Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of a busy events calendar, including: Coordinating regional in-person events from planning through to delivery Managing venue bookings, registrations, delegate communications and event logistics Supporting the delivery of online events, including webinar administration and attendee management Liaising with speakers to collect biographies, presentations and event materials Managing event registration systems and maintaining accurate attendee records Acting as the first point of contact for event enquiries Supporting exhibitor administration for larger conferences Managing event app content and administration Producing post-event surveys and assisting with reporting and analysis Working collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful event delivery Providing support at major conferences and events throughout the year, including occasional on-site event attendance About You We're looking for someone who is: Experienced within an Events Coordinator, Events Assistant or Conference Coordinator role Experienced in coordinating both face-to-face and online events Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders Proficient using Microsoft Office and event registration or CRM systems A proactive team player who enjoys taking ownership of their workload Events Coordinator Location: London Salary: £18ph Hours: 36.5 hours per week (with an early finish every Friday!)
