Solicitor - Commercial Property

  • Annual Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 - depending on experience

They are seeking a skilled and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to enhance our property team. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle the sale and purchase of commercial properties.
  • Manage leases, renewals, searches, and enquiries.
  • Prepare detailed reports on property transactions.
  • Conduct exchanges and completions efficiently.
  • Work closely with a property assistant who will support with administrative tasks such as file opening, preparing client care letters, and client liaison.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a significant workload.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and IT skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
