Solicitor - Commercial Property

Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle the sale and purchase of commercial properties.
- Manage leases, renewals, searches, and enquiries.
- Prepare detailed reports on property transactions.
- Conduct exchanges and completions efficiently.
- Work closely with a property assistant who will support with administrative tasks such as file opening, preparing client care letters, and client liaison.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a significant workload.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
