Luxury 4-Star Hotel & 2AA Rosette Restaurant - Near Ipswich

£34,000 per annum + approximately £2,000 tronc

45 hours per week Permanent Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our luxury 4-star hotel and award-winning 2AA Rosette restaurant on the outskirts of Ipswich.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Maintain high standards throughout all areas of the restaurant.
• Train and motivate team members.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience within a quality hotel or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends and bank holidays.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to the location.
