This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary who enjoys working in a busy and supportive environment, providing high-quality assistance to fee earners whilst delivering exceptional client care. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a friendly and collaborative Family Law team, supporting fee earners with a broad range of administrative and secretarial duties. Key responsibilities include:

• Audio typing and document preparation
• Opening and closing client files
• Drafting legal correspondence and documentation
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Managing diaries and appointments
• Providing comprehensive support to fee earners
• Maintaining accurate records and files
• General legal secretarial and administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Family Legal Secretary or Legal Secretary
• Strong audio typing and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• A professional and empathetic approach
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• A positive and adaptable attitude
