Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Start: Immediate start available

We are seeking a reliable and well-organised individual to join our team in a busy industrial environment. This role is perfect for someone confident in using computers, accurate with paperwork, and who enjoys collaborating within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Perform general office administration and data entry
  • Support management and operational teams with documentation
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally
  • Ensure files and systems are kept up to date

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and email systems
  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
