Location: SheffieldJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: Pay Rate: £13.51 per hour plus 12.5% shift allowanceWorking hours / Days: Days & Afters Rotation (Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm-10pm)Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join a manufacturing business in Sheffield. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet customer requirements, engineering specifications, and quality standards, while supporting and developing inspection activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Recording inspection results using Microsoft Excel.
• Using measuring equipment including callipers and verniers.
• Rejecting batches that do not meet required standards.
• Operating blasting equipment as part of the final operations process.
• Supporting line checks and maintaining production quality.

Experience

• Previous inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy and communication skills.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to support production requirements.
