Property Litigation Solicitor
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable law firm in Redditch for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding dispute resolution team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters for both commercial and private clients, with genuine prospects for career development.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload including:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
- Possession proceedings and forfeiture matters.
- Boundary and neighbour disputes.
- Rights of way and easement issues.
- Breach of covenant claims.
- Property-related contract disputes.
- Debt recovery connected to property matters.
- Alternative dispute resolution and Court proceedings.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE considered, salary commensurate with experience).
- Experience within Property Litigation or Dispute Resolution.
- Strong technical and procedural knowledge.
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and commercially minded approach.
