Description

  • Produce detailed financial forecasts and budgets to support planning
  • Analyse financial data and deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Monitor KPIs, identifying trends and variances for management
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and validate financial inputs
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support growth
  • Prepare reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Support investment appraisal and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure all reporting aligns with financial policies and standards

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Confident communicator, able to present complex information clearly
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Good understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements
