CNC Engineer / CNC Programmer

• Monday to Friday days (4 and half days)

We are seeking a skilled Production Machinist Programmer Setter Operator to join our team. This role involves the production of finished machined parts using CNC Lathes with Fanuc Controls or CAM. If you have a strong background in CNC machining and are looking for a dynamic work environment, this position might be perfect for you.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Program, set, and run CNC Lathes, including:
  • Doosan Puma 2600SY Twin Spindle with Y and Rotary B and C Axis
  • Doosan Puma 2600Y with Y and Rotary C Axis
  • Doosan Lynx 220LM with rotary C Axis
• Use measuring equipment and run CMM programs to check components against drawings.
• Adjust cutter offsets to meet specified tolerances.
• Follow route cards and ensure that quality standards are consistently met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to program, set, and run CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensioned engineering drawings.
• Desirable: Experience with EdgeCAM.
