Are you an experienced C/C++ Software Engineer looking to take full ownership of high-performance systems while working on cutting-edge network technology in a fast-paced and innovative environment?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing R&D team developing advanced network emulation products used to test performance and reliability. You will work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, turning complex technical requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of backend development, contributing to architecture decisions and ensuring systems remain performant and maintainable as they evolve. You will work closely with product stakeholders and play a key role in delivering new features from concept through to deployment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong C++ expertise, experience in Linux environments, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction within a highly innovative team.

The Role:

• Design, develop and maintain high-performance backend systems
• Translate high-level requirements into robust technical solutions
• Contribute to system architecture and scalability improvements
• Deliver quality software within agreed timelines
• Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams

The Person:

• Strong experience with C/C++ development and object-oriented design
• Background in Linux environments using GNU tools (gcc, gdb)
• Experience with network and multithreaded programming
• Proven ability to mentor or support other engineers
