Job title: HR & Operations Associate
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annumContract Type: PermanentWorking Pattern: Full Time
Hours: 09:00-5:00pm, x2 days working from home!
Location: Liverpool Street - 5 minute walk from the station!

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Own and deliver a seamless experience, from ID checks to payroll coordination.
- Process Improvement: Maintain and enhance HR trackers, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Tech Integration: Support the implementation of our AI-enabled HR system and ensure high-quality data management.
- Data Management: Handle employee data and workflows, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- First Point of Contact: Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance workflows.
- Compliance Tracking: Ensure key compliance activities, such as GDPR training, are completed and reviewed annually.
- Reference Checks: Handle external reference checks and employment verification requests.
- Operational Support: Contribute to admissions, finance, and internal events as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- A detail-oriented and organized individual with strong problem-solving skills.
- Someone who thrives on process design and optimisation, not just maintenance.
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- An enthusiastic learner with a keen interest in technology, data, and AI in HR.
- A confident communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus!
