School Administrator - September Start!

Office Angels are partnering with a well-established school in Burgess Hill that is seeking an exceptional Administrator to join their team and support the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

You will work collaboratively with both the administrative and teaching teams, providing comprehensive administrative support across the school.

• Providing full administrative support to the school
• Managing and prioritising a varied workload in a busy office environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Supporting the School Office team to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines
• Managing general office duties and office supplies
• Administering student data and ensuring GDPR compliance at all times
• Providing general administrative support across the school
• Maintaining school communications

Please note: This role is term time only.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous administrative experience
• Forward-thinking, proactive, and able to use initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience handling confidential information
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
