PERSON SPECIFICATION: Office Manager, Administration Manager, Business Support Manager- facilities management, ISO 9001 Ideally, you're an organised and proactive Office Manager who enjoys taking ownership and keeping a business running efficiently. You're equally comfortable supporting people, improving processes and ensuring compliance, whilst confidently juggling a wide variety of responsibilities. You'll ideally have: Previous people management or team leadership experience. Experience supporting HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle. Knowledge of Health & Safety within an office or industrial environment. Experience managing facilities, contractors and external suppliers. An understanding of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems. Strong communication skills and confidence working across all levels of a business. Good Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. It would be advantageous if you also have an IOSH, NEBOSH, CIPD or ISO Internal Auditor qualification, although these aren't essential.
