We're seeking a Packaging Designer to support our client who are a fast-growing, innovative beauty brand on a short-term temporary assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of new product launches and creating packaging that delivers a memorable customer experience.

Working closely with the Brand & Creative and Product Development teams, you'll help develop standout packaging designs that elevate the brand, enhance the unboxing experience and create a strong presence across both digital and retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior creative stakeholders to develop and evolve packaging concepts and brand identity.
• Design innovative packaging for upcoming product launches, ensuring a premium and engaging customer experience.
• Work closely with New Product Development teams to understand product pipelines and packaging requirements.
• Liaise directly with suppliers regarding packaging development, specifications, and sampling.
• Manage project timelines to ensure packaging is designed, sampled, approved, and delivered on schedule.
• Maintain brand consistency across all packaging and related design outputs.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the brand's visual presence and packaging experience.
• Support ad hoc design projects, including retail point-of-sale materials, promotional packaging, gift sets and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Graphic Design, Packaging Design or a related creative role.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • InDesign
• Experience working with Pantone colour systems.
• CAD experience is essential.
• Previous experience liaising with print and packaging suppliers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency.
• Passion for creating impactful packaging and memorable customer experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive, and willing to contribute to a variety of creative projects.
