Project CoordinatorSevenoaks £30,000- £35,000 per annum Office Based Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm 24 days annual leave, Pension, Company social events We are delighted to be assisting this small but growing Security business to find the latest addition to their team. Once projects are won, they would be passed to you and 2 colleagues to manage the project to completion- from ordering materials, to organising work, replying to queries, quoting and invoicing. This is a highly varied role where you will have to work independently whilst liaising with several different departments and client contacts. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines administration, customer service, scheduling, and project support responsibilities. Administration & Operations Manage day-to-day office administration across service and project activities. Maintain accurate job records, reports, and operational documentation. Support processes relating to quotations, orders, invoicing, and job management systems. Assist with compliance administration, including quality, health & safety, and industry standards. Project & Resource Coordination Schedule engineers for installations, maintenance visits, and reactive call-outs Occasional attendance for site visits (mostly London and expensed) Monitor job progress and ensure completion records are maintained. Coordinate project delivery activities, including: Resource planning Equipment ordering and logistics Site documentation Travel and accommodation arrangements Project timelines and cost tracking Invoicing and project close-out support Customer & Commercial Support Process quotations, orders, and invoices. Provide customers with updates on orders, services, and project progress. Ensure all queries are resolved or escalated promptly and professionally. About You You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in a senior administrative, coordination, or project support role. Strong customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience coordinating field-based teams, engineers, or operational resources. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Desirable Experience Experience with job management, ERP, or scheduling systems. Knowledge of security, engineering, technical services, or construction environments. Experience supporting quality, compliance, or health & safety processes.
