What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
- Supporting the processing and reconciliation of customer payments and transactions
- Assisting with month-end closing activities
- Maintaining and updating customer account records through the finance system
- Handling enquiries via the finance inbox
- Contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and developing system knowledge to enhance reporting accuracy
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate data entry and reconciliation
- Has a good working knowledge of Excel and experience with finance software tools such as Sage or similar systems
- Shows a collaborative approach, working effectively within a team environment
- Possesses previous experience in a finance support role
