What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Supporting the month-end accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely closing of financial periods
• Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, fixed asset register, and related accounts
• Assisting with statutory reporting and audit processes, providing clear documentation and insights
• Analysing financial data, preparing reports and commentary to inform decision-making across the organisation
• Partnering with operational teams to enhance financial processes, supporting automation and controls

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:

• Demonstrates strong numerical and analytical skills, with previous experience working within finance teams
• Qualified or Part-Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Excels in communication and building relationships across organisational levels
• Is proactive, meticulous, and capable of working independently under pressure, with a positive, collaborative attitude
