Job Title: Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing consumer brand with ambitious expansion plans both in the UK and internationally.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, providing commercial insight, managing financial planning, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Deliver meaningful commercial analysis to support business growth and profitability.
- Develop financial models to assess new opportunities, investments, and product launches.
- Analyse performance across e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale channels.
- Own cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Monitor inventory performance, stock valuation, and supply chain finance metrics.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and board reporting.
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Partner with teams across operations, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain.
- Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and banking partners.
About You
- Qualified or qualified by experience finance professional with proven leadership experience.
- Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, management accounts, and commercial finance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Confident influencing stakeholders and supporting key business decisions.
- Experience working within a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.
Essential RequirementTo be considered for this position, candidates must have previous finance experience within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) fashion or lifestyle brand and in the following areas:
- Inventory management and supply chain finance.
- Multi-channel sales environments (DTC, e-commerce, and wholesale).
- International growth and expansion projects.
- Shopify, Xero, or similar systems.
- Experience working within founder-led or high-growth businesses.
