32,000 - 40,000 per annum + Profit and Performance Related Annual Bonus

Hours - Monday - Friday 9-5pm/8.30am-4.30pm. 35hours. Office Based. 1 day hybrid to be discussed following probation.

What You'll Do:

As the Digital Marketing and Website Executive, you will take charge of the day-to-day management, performance, and enhancement of the organisation's digital presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Website Management:

• Oversee daily updates to ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand messaging.
• Build, edit, and maintain website pages using WordPress and Elementor.
• Create and update campaign landing pages, product pages, sector pages, and more.
• Maintain website structure, internal links, menus, forms, and calls to action.
• Collaborate with external developers for technical improvements as needed.
• Ensure a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

SEO & Website Performance:

• Support the execution of SEO strategies that align with marketing objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise website elements for better visibility.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• Identify opportunities to enhance organic visibility, user engagement, and conversions.
• Perform regular SEO housekeeping to maintain optimal performance.

Digital Content & Campaign Support:

• Create engaging and SEO-informed content for the website and blogs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
• Utilise AI tools responsibly for content planning and optimisation.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop digital destinations for campaigns.

Collaboration & Contribution:

• Partner with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure accuracy in digital activities.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance website performance and customer journeys.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years in a digital marketing, website, or SEO role.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and website management.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for creating clear and engaging content.
• Good grasp of on-page and technical SEO principles.
• Familiarity with SEO platforms like SEMrush and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Understanding of ecommerce / Marketing principles is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, organised approach.
