Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday Early Finish Every Friday (12:00pm)

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are delighted to be supporting our long-standing client with the recruitment of Labourers to join their growing manufacturing team in Hull.

Our client is a respected, family-run business that has been designing, manufacturing and installing high-quality modular buildings across the UK for over 20 years. Working from their modern manufacturing facility in Hull, they deliver bespoke projects for sectors including education, healthcare, commercial and the public sector.

The Role

As a Labourer, you'll play an important part in the production of modular buildings, supporting skilled trades throughout the manufacturing process. You'll be working in a fast-paced factory environment where quality, teamwork and safety are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Preparing work areas and supporting production teams
• Assisting skilled trades such as joiners, electricians and plumbers
• Moving materials safely around the factory
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting the build and finishing of high-quality modular units

What We're Looking For

• Previous labouring, construction or manufacturing experience is preferred
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• CSCS Card is advantageous but not essential
