Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end luxury construction projects across West London, spanning a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, and bespoke developments.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished construction professional with a strong engineering background and a recognised engineering degree. They will have experience managing the full construction lifecycle, from early design and pre-construction stages through to completion and handover, with a proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality projects to exceptional standards.
This role requires a technically strong Project Manager who understands the build process in detail, can lead multidisciplinary teams, and has the expertise to manage challenging and prestigious developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to successful completion and handover
- Lead and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Oversee programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance
- Provide technical guidance and engineering-led solutions throughout the build process
- Identify and resolve project challenges efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and luxury construction requirements
Requirements:
- Engineering degree (essential)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within high-end construction environments
- Strong engineering and technical background with a detailed understanding of construction processes
- Experience overseeing projects through the complete build lifecycle
- Demonstrable track record delivering complex, high-quality developments across multiple sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage demanding projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality
