Payroll Specialist

We're recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading, UK-wide organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations and play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience.

Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office, Stratford-upon-Avon)

Start: ASAP

The Role

• Manage high-volume, end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and full HMRC compliance.
• Work closely with external payroll providers to ensure seamless processing.
• Resolve payroll queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.

About You

• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and payroll compliance.
• Experience liaising with external payroll providers.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach.
