Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a vibrant tech startup? We are seeking an enthusiastic Workplace Coordinator to support our team during an exciting transition period. What You'll Do: As our Workplace Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage workplace operations, keeping the office organised and well-stocked for all employees.
- Catering Coordination: Organise office catering, including weekly breakfasts and team lunches, while managing suppliers and orders based on attendance.
- Facilities Management: Maintain meeting rooms, communal spaces, and office supplies, ensuring high workplace standards.
- Support Recruitment: Coordinate interview logistics, welcome candidates, conduct office tours, and prepare workspaces for new starters.
- Event Organisation: Plan and execute company events and weekly All Hands meetings, handling everything from room setup to post-event resets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee workplace inventory, including stationery, branded merchandise, and new starter equipment.
