Automotive Technician / Mot Tester

• Hourly Rate: £17.21 per hour plus up to £1,000 monthly bonus
• Location: Norwich

Join our team as an Automotive Technician and work in a state-of-the-art workshop equipped with the latest technologies. This role offers regular manufacturer training to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date. Day-to-day of the role:

• Diagnose, repair, and service a range of vehicles following manufacturer and retailer guidelines efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Identify potential defects and worn components, responsibly reporting these for customer authorisation.
• Ensure work is completed right the first time to provide the best customer experience possible.
• Work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a fully qualified automotive technician with excellent fault-finding skills.
• NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, in light vehicle maintenance and repair preferred.
• MOT Tester's Licence is advantageous.
• Full driving licence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
