Previous line management or leadership experience within a Case Management setting. Experience of CQC standards, compliance and clinical governance. Experience managing complex neurological or catastrophic injury cases. Excellent clinical reasoning, communication and report-writing skills. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required. What's on Offer Salary up to £65,000 per annum.
