Administrator Location: Birkenhead, Wirral Salary: 25,350 - 26,227.50 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break) About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based on the Wirral for an Administrator to join their growing team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day coordination of client services, ensuring requirements are met, jobs are scheduled efficiently, and administrative processes run smoothly. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinating planned and reactive works across multiple client sites Liaising with clients, suppliers, and operatives to ensure services are delivered on time Raising and processing work orders, quotes, and purchase orders Monitoring job progress and updating internal systems and spreadsheets Supporting contract administration, including invoicing and documentation Handling incoming calls and emails from clients and resolving queries professionally Maintaining accurate records, files, and service reports Assisting with supplier coordination and ordering materials or equipment when required Supporting the wider operations team with general administrative and coordination tasks Skills & Experience Essential Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively High level of attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team Positive, proactive approach to work and problem-solving Desirable Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, operations support, or a similar administrative role Experience working in a fast-paced office environment What's on Offer?
