The Role
As Training Lead, you will take ownership of the organisation's learning and training agenda, shaping and delivering a training strategy that supports business objectives, operational performance, and employee growth.
Working closely with leaders across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and support functions, you will identify capability gaps, design impactful development programmes, and implement learning initiatives that enhance individual and organisational performance.
This is a highly visible role that combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You will lead the development of a structured learning culture, establish best practices in training and development, and ensure employees at all levels have access to the skills, knowledge, and opportunities required to succeed.
Reporting into the HR leadership team, you will play a key role in developing future talent pipelines, supporting succession planning, and embedding continuous improvement through learning.

A qualification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, or a related discipline would be advantageous. Professional qualifications such as CIPD or equivalent are also desirable.
