Shifts: Monday-Friday, 3-shift rotation

Salary: £48,300

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturing business in Matlock to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and keep production running smoothly
• Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults,
• Deliver repairs across mechanical and electrical systems
• Supporting continuous improvement activities, identifying opportunities to enhance reliability and efficiency

We are keen to speak with Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following:

• Strong multi-skilled engineering background (electrical/mechanical)
• Strong fault-finding skills across both electrical and mechanical disciplines
• Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
