If you enjoy fault-finding, diagnostics, and technical repairs, but also have the confidence to help keep a busy workshop running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship while supporting the team, organising workflow, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Lead by example as the workshop's senior technician. Allocate and prioritise work within the workshop. Provide technical support and guidance to fellow technicians when required. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Maintain excellent communication with the service team regarding job progress. Help create a positive, productive working environment. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic skills. Someone who wants to remain hands-on and enjoys technical work. Strong organisational and leadership skills. A team player with a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail. Full UK driving licence.
