- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving invoice queries with suppliers and internal departments
- Assisting with payment runs
- Supporting month-end processes
- Helping to improve finance processes as your experience develops
You'll ideally have:
- Some previous finance or accounts administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ambition to develop a long-term career within finance
- Salary of 26,000 - 28,000
- Full AAT study support or support towards a professional Accounts Payable qualification
