Nursing Home Manager
Location: Angus
Salary: £60,000 per annum
We're looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Angus, part of a large, reputable care provider. The home currently holds Care Inspectorate grades of 4 (Good), and we're seeking a confident leader to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing care team.
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing and residential care.
- Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage quality, staffing, budgets and occupancy.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent resident outcomes.
About You
- Previous experience managing a nursing home.
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC Pin preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and Scottish care regulations.
- Proven leadership, people management and organisational skills.
- Experience achieving positive inspection outcomes and managing home performance.
