We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join a growing commercial team. You'll receive training, support and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers while developing your sales skills in a fast-paced B2B environment.
What you'll be doing
- Speaking with existing and prospective customers over the phone.
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Re-engaging previous customers and introducing them to new products and promotions.
- Researching potential customers and generating new business opportunities.
- Booking appointments for the external sales team where appropriate.
- Working towards achievable sales targets and KPIs.
- Updating customer information using CRM systems.
- Working closely with sales and marketing to support business growth.
