General Labourer Location: Croydon Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Job Type: Temporary (with the potential for ongoing work) Company Overview Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a busy site based in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established contractor, with the potential for ongoing work for the right candidate. Role Overview As a Labourer, you will play an important role in supporting site operations, ensuring the site remains safe, clean and organised while assisting trades where required. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities

• General labouring duties on a busy construction site
• Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day site activities
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe
• Moving materials around site as required
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Completing any additional duties as directed by the Site Manager

About You We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Labourer on construction sites
• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (essential) or willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (paid by you)
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Punctual, hardworking and reliable
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
