Your new companyI am currently working with an organisation who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Administrator to support the delivery of their ECTP and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) across the North and West region.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys coordinating programmes, supporting events, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional customer service and will be from 24th August - 31 October 2026.
Your new roleAs a Programme Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration and delivery of our professional development programmes. Working closely with participants, schools, facilitators, trusts and internal colleagues, you will provide high-quality administrative support, coordinate communications, and help deliver engaging training events.
This is a varied role that combines programme administration, stakeholder engagement and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.

What you'll need to succeed An interest in education Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively to find solutions. Experience monitoring processes and producing accurate reports. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and adapt communication styles accordingly.
An Enhanced DBS will need to be obtained in order to undertake this role or an Enhanced DBS on the update service can also be used.What you'll get in return

The role is from 24th August - 31st October on a temporary basis, and you will be paid £16.44 per hour. You will work from 8AM-4PM Monday to Friday and there is free parking on site.
