Profile

A successful Head of Transport Solutions Development should have:

• Proven expertise in transport and distribution solutions design within the logistics sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing cost-effective transport solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Experience using Paragon or similar transport tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

• Salary of £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Company Car or £7,000 car allowance.
• 15% bonus.
• Permanent position based preferably in the Northwest, West Midlands or East midlands.
• Hybrid role mixing time in the office, depot network and customer locations
