Location: Manchester City CentreSalary: £26,000 - £32,000 DOEJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentWorking Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Manchester with an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional private client services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role
Working closely with experienced Private Client Solicitors, you will provide support across a varied caseload including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Assisting with Estate Administration matters
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting legal research where required
- Supporting fee earners with Probate applications
- Handling client enquiries professionally and efficiently
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a Private Client team
- A minimum of 12 months' paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage a busy workload effectively
- A proactive and professional approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
