Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and support to managers on absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and employee relations matters Maintain HR policies, procedures, contracts, job descriptions and employee records, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance Support and attend formal HR meetings, investigations, hearings and consultations, ensuring processes are managed effectively and compliantly. Produce HR reports and monitor key metrics including absence, turnover, training compliance and employee relations activity Support organisational change projects including restructures, TUPE transfers and site openings and closures Promote employee wellbeing, engagement, recognition and development initiatives in partnership with managers and the L&D team Contribute to HR projects, system improvements, audits, inspections and continuous improvement activities that enhance the employee experience. What we're looking for We are after someone organised, approachable and proactive. You will need to juggle a variety of priorities and feel comfortable advising managers at all levels - so strong communication skills and being people-savvy is essential.
