You'll be responsible for: Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence Diary and inbox management Preparing and formatting legal documentation Liaising professionally with clients and third parties Opening and closing client files Managing electronic filing and document management systems Arranging meetings and appointments Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks Delivering a high standard of client service at every stage About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary Ideally, experience within Real Estate, Commercial Property or Property Law Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Fast and accurate typing skills Excellent communication and client care skills The ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines A proactive, positive and team-focused approach What's on Offer?
